My items are all handmade to order so please allow me time to make it.
I may have a few items ready made those in my shop are for sale, everything else is bespoke for you
I have few keyrings ready made these will be shown in my shop

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

All. Personalised item are non refundable if the spelling error is your mistake. If it is my error I will replace at no extra cost to you.
