Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Unsuitable items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days, please contact me to let me know that you are returning an item prior to posting it.
Return postage/courier costs are the responsibility of the customer and an insured service is recommended as damaged or missing items will not be refunded. Please check with your delivery provider to ensure you select the correct service.
Unsuitable items must be returned in unused and undamaged condition and should include all parts that were originally sent.
Please re-use the packaging I have provided to keep the item safe and protected in transit.
Returns that arrived damaged or that have been worn/used will not be eligible for refund, I will contact customers directly in this instance.
Custom items and made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds.
