About Quirky Crafts Studio Wales

Quirky Crafts Studio Wales

Quirky crafts with a Welsh twist

My name is Ellen and I live with my husband on a small holding in Carmarthenshire. We have a fur baby called Lulu, 3 cats, 1 cockerel and 6 hens.
I'm lucky to have been blessed with crafting in my genes, and have crafted all my life until I started making for friends and family in my 20's. Later, when the children came along, I enjoyed knitting, crocheting and sewing for them, as they got older we enjoyed crafting together, which I also did with my grandchildren.
I've part time retired, in as much as I still do the paperwork for the family business, but no longer take an active role due to a Fibromyalgia diagnosis in 2015. At which point, having always been a busy bee, my mental health started to suffer. I turned back to crafting to engage my mind and to stop it spinning downwards. With all my crafting taking up so much room I've been asked by the family to start selling it lol. So here I am! my journey on a selling platform begins...Wish me luck! and thank you for taking the time to read my bio.

What a super card! I gave it to my partner this morning and he was absolutely thrilled! The humour and the idea of nuts really made us giggle. Highly recommend!
