Heraldic Artist and Calligrapher in Glasgow.
I design and handpaint paint single or double initial letters in colour (or in 23c gold leaf or Palladium leaf for silver) for handmade Birthday or Wedding Anniversary gifts.
As well as handpainted letters, I also have fantasy animal cards, calligraphy placemats and a selection of calligraphy giclée art prints of sayings and quotes including a selection from JRR Tolkien's The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings..

Herald Painter and Calligrapher.
I design and handpaint all of the custom initial letters in my shop, and have handwritten all of the calligraphy for my giclée prints (with either 23c gold leaf or Palladium added to each one) and cork-backed placemats.
Herald Painter and Calligrapher leading the group of artists in the Court of the Lord Lyon in Edinburgh, Scotland, where we write and paint legal Grants of Arms as vellum documents for people who apply for a Coat of Arms for use in Scotland.
Studied Calligraphy, Heraldry and Manuscript Illumination at Reigate School of Art and Design in Surrey many moons ago and have been working freelance since.
As well as handpainted initials, I also have a selection of printed animal cards with dragons, unicorn, griffin, dolphin, lion rampant and others and spend my time painting and writing or catching up with my friends and family.
I love music, coffee and chocolate, and I love to bake!

Beautiful card, my son has a thing about unicorns and trying to find a unicorn card that wasn't pink and sparkly was hard. But this card fits the bill perfectly! Thank you.
