Buying from me
Each item is hand made to order, I do not have stock pieces. I offer various flowers, colour combinations, embellishments and sizes to match your theme. Please contact me with your specific requirements. The flowers I use are foam, silk, artificial or handmade fabric flowers
I offer package deals for more than 1 item. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your finished pieces (package deals take longer) plus postage time. Provide all details/date of your wedding so this can be completed in time.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
