I create playful, colourful handmade collections using traditional hand~craft techniques. Some items may be made and ready to go & some may be limited or exclusive due to the nature or availability of their fabrics; most are made with love upon order to become part of the threads of the stories of your home...
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please be aware that actual colours may vary slightly from the way they appear on different display monitors.
I ship via the most economical and safe means dependant upon location. Please contact me if you have any specific delivery requests or would like your item to be sent to a gift recipient. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid for prior to posting.
I cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels, however, I will do my utmost to assist with providing proof of postage & to ensure parcels are wrapped and labelled carefully & appropriately (with a return address). Refunds will not be given for lost parcels unless they are returned to me by the postal service in their original condition. Upon return, I will contact you to arrange a refund (less shipping) or to reship.
Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
'Delivery' or 'P&P' charges include packaging, time & postage costs. Your items will arrive hand wrapped & packed LapinBlu style as standard.
Delivery times are estimates and do not include lead times on made to order items.
