My mum and I had a frenzy of knitting and crocheting flowers over the winter and something just had to be done with them all - hey presto, cheery wreaths were made! They could be perceived as a bit kitsch, a bit gaudy and even a bit loud. But I don't think any of those things are a negative! I love them. And so does my Mum. And Mums are never wrong!
